All'origine era un osservatorio astrologico, per diventare dopo la guerra presidio scolastico; fu poi abitazione della famiglia fino ai giorni nostri. I figli, eredi dell'attività paterna hanno aperto un agriturismo battezzandolo "Locanda Al Cavaliere". La passione e la storia si legano alla terra, dove alleviamo gli animali con cura e in un habitat naturale. L’orto con i suoi prodotti è da sempre il luogo dove si ricavano i sapori per una cucina tradizionale attenta al mangiar sano.Nella vicina Corte c’è la campagna dove si allevano mucche da latte, pollame, suini e tacchini seguendo scrupolosamente la tradizione contadina.
